Adoption

Licenses bought is not the same as work changed.

Most adoption programs measure logins. Logins tell you a license was activated, not that anyone works differently. We start from the tasks people actually do, change a small number of them properly, and measure that.

What it is

Structured work to move a capability from available to used: identifying the tasks worth changing, working with the people who do them, producing material in your own context, and measuring the change against a baseline set before the work started.

What this is not

We do not publish guaranteed productivity figures. Adoption outcomes depend on your users, your processes, and what you are willing to change, so results are measured in your environment rather than promised in advance.

Who it is for

  • Organizations holding licenses with low or uneven usage
  • Teams that ran an enablement session and saw no lasting change
  • Leaders asked to justify renewal on evidence
  • Departments with a specific process they want to change

What we do

  • Baseline the current use before anything changes
  • Identify the tasks where the capability actually helps
  • Work with the teams doing the work, in their own context
  • Produce guidance in your language, using your examples
  • Support the people who will keep it going internally
  • Measure against the baseline and report what moved

What you get

  • Usage baseline and target definition
  • Task level guidance for the teams in scope
  • Enablement sessions run with your people
  • Internal champion support material
  • Measured change report
