We do not sell staff augmentation. An engagement is defined by an operational outcome rather than by a role description and a number of hours, and it is finished when that outcome is running and owned, not when the hours are used up.
We do not sell an assessment that quietly becomes a change. A readiness assessment connects read-only and modifies nothing. Implementation is a separate agreement covering the exact plan, the validation criteria, and the rollback requirements.
We do not make production changes autonomously, and we do not describe automated analysis as an autonomous operator. Where automation proposes something, a person approves it before it is applied.
