Choose fixed Project and Program Delivery for named workloads, quantities, duration and acceptance, or Project Shop for an agreed monthly allocation of delivery-management and architecture capacity. Both use your existing governance. Technical implementation requires a separate work package.
What this is not
The same management or engineering hours are not charged through two packages. Confirm workstream limits, role allocation, carry-over terms and fees before commitment. Microsoft licenses and consumption are separate. Professional-service purchases do not count toward MACC.
