Submitted Marketplace plan

USD 69,500 one-time plan for the defined implementation scope. Customer licenses and consumption are separate. Scope and terms are confirmed before contracting.

What this implementation gives you

  • An agreed source and target design with documented transformations and business definitions.
  • One governed data product with validated reconciliation, measures, freshness and performance.
  • Access controls, one approved production release and an operating runbook.
  • Capacity guidance and two knowledge-transfer sessions.

Scope and boundaries

Eight weeks after prerequisites are complete. One business domain, up to two qualified source systems, 30 source tables and 250 GB of selected data. Delivery includes up to eight ingestion or orchestration pipelines and 20 agreed transformation units.

Development and production workspaces are in one tenant and region. The target is one curated Fabric Lakehouse or Warehouse, one Power BI semantic model with up to 20 measures, and two reports with up to six pages in total. One customer-approved production promotion and five business days of scheduled business-hours hypercare are included.

  • Customer-provided licensed capacity, connectivity, data owners, reference results and change approvals are prerequisites.
  • Licenses, consumption, storage, gateways, third-party tools and taxes are separate.
  • A complete Snowflake exit, a new Databricks platform, application rewrites, streaming and ongoing managed operations are outside this scope.
  • Production AI agents and preview Fabric IQ or Microsoft Foundry demonstrations require separate scope and feature checks.

Your approval before production changes

A named customer owner approves the exact production promotion after reviewing test evidence, recovery, operating ownership and cost. This service creates persistent data assets in customer-approved systems; it is not a zero-retention platform or compliance certification.

How the engagement runs

  1. Confirm and prepare

Weeks 1 and 2 agree the business outcome, acceptance criteria, access and approved environments.

  2. Connect and curate

Weeks 3 and 4 connect qualified sources and build the curated data product.

  3. Model and validate

Weeks 5 and 6 build the semantic model and reports, then check results against agreed measures.

  4. Release and hand off

Week 7 rehearses and performs the customer-approved release. Week 8 provides hypercare and handoff.
