How the engagement runs

  1. Week 1: Confirm the release boundary

    Confirm the use case, success measures, data boundaries, access, environments, and approval roles.

  2. Week 2: Establish the platform foundation

    Implement the approved identity, networking, secrets, safety, and monitoring foundation in the customer-owned Azure environment.

  3. Weeks 3 to 5: Build and evaluate

    Build the scoped workflow and approved connections, then test quality, safety, security, performance, and failure behavior.

  4. Week 6: Release and hand off

    Complete release readiness, operations handoff, training, and the approved production cutover or customer-controlled release decision.

Scope and boundaries

  • Custom model training, broad data-platform modernization, unsupported connectors, and unlimited application development are excluded.
  • Azure Government deployment, cross-tenant production access, and 24x7 managed operations require separate scope.
  • Microsoft service consumption, licenses, and regional capacity are customer responsibilities unless the statement of work says otherwise.
  • Additional workloads, applications, connections, and ongoing management require a separate approved engagement.
