What it is
A time-boxed, read-only review of the conditions AI depends on: who can reach what, how data is classified and shared, which licenses you hold, what your tenant already permits, and where governance is missing. It ends with a prioritized plan, not a score.
What this is not
An assessment does not change your environment. Nothing is remediated, enabled, or reconfigured without a separate agreement covering the exact plan, the validation criteria, and the rollback requirements.
