Scope and boundaries

Four remote weeks for two agreed use cases in a customer-approved environment. We configure a local model, Microsoft Entra access, safety settings and evaluation, then hand operating evidence to the customer.

The deliverables are a working pilot, measured results, a risk and cost record, and a go or no-go report. Any production-system change needs separate named approval; production deployment is excluded.

  • No production certification or production deployment is included.
  • Hardware is sourced separately.
  • Microsoft licenses and Azure consumption are separate.
  • Later implementation needs separate scope and approval.

Your approval before production changes

A named customer approver reviews each proposed production effect and the final go or no-go report. The pilot does not authorize production deployment.

How the engagement runs

    Confirm use cases, environment, acceptance measures and named approvers.

  2. Configure the model

    Set up local inference, access and safety controls in the approved environment.

  3. Evaluate and recover

    Test quality, failure behavior and recovery against the agreed measures.

  4. Decide the next step

    Hand over results and let the customer decide whether to fund a separate implementation.
