Scope and boundaries
Three weeks of read-only assessment. The statement of work fixes tenant boundaries, agent count, supported platforms, evidence sources and any separately approved lab scenarios.
Implementation, managed operations, Foundry engineering and secure-execution provisioning require separate scope. Reuse accepted inventory and control findings in follow-on work. Commercial environments only; confirm current Microsoft Product Terms, qualifying licenses and feature availability.

- No license purchase, legal opinion, penetration test, custom software build, or product subscription is included.
- Follow-on implementation and managed operations require a separate approved scope.
- Findings depend on the access, inventory, and evidence made available during the engagement.
Your approval before production changes
The assessment makes no production changes. A named customer owner reviews the inventory, control gaps and adoption roadmap. An information request or model-triggered pause does not establish an enforced approval control; validate the chosen control before any separately scoped rollout.
How the engagement runs

Week 1: Read-only discovery
Confirm scope, identify owners and sponsors, inventory in-scope agents, and review the available security and compliance posture.

Week 2: Gap analysis and target design
Create the identity, policy, data security, threat protection, ownership, and risk views. Optional validation is confined to a customer-approved test tenant or lab.

Week 3: Decision support and handoff
Deliver findings, governance runbook, implementation backlog, and a phased 90-day roadmap for customer review.
