Evaluate E7 against your existing subscriptions, required capabilities and AI governance readiness. Start with an assessment of the users and workflows in scope.

What E7 brings together

Microsoft 365 E7 became generally available on May 1, 2026. Microsoft describes it as a bundle combining Microsoft 365 E5, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Entra Suite and Microsoft Agent 365.

Microsoft 365 E5

Productivity and enterprise security capabilities. Confirm the exact SKU, Teams packaging and regional terms.

Microsoft 365 Copilot

AI assistance for work. Useful adoption depends on the use case and the information each user can access.

Microsoft Entra Suite

Additional identity and access capabilities. Map the required controls to your users and environment.

Microsoft Agent 365

A control plane to observe, govern and secure supported AI agents. Confirm prerequisites and integration coverage.

Compare the decision, not just a headline price

Business Premium, E3 and E5 remain options to evaluate against your requirements. The E7 launch did not create a blanket migration deadline. Obtain a current quote for your region, currency, billing term and agreement.

What a scoped assessment covers

We review the subscription inventory, relevant user groups, renewal timing and target workflows with your team. The scope identifies the identity and data-governance checks needed before broader AI access.

The resulting decision record can describe capability gaps, purchasing options to confirm, dependencies and pilot success measures. Customer access, evidence availability and the agreed statement of work determine the depth and delivery schedule.

License purchase, detailed implementation and any compliance attestation are separate. No fixed saving or audit outcome is promised.
